IT Help desk

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Los Angeles, California. This role is within the tech industry, where you will be actively involved in providing support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Setting up audio-visual equipment in auditoriums and classrooms
• Managing assets which include collecting, assigning, and distributing laptops/devices
• Familiarizing with and utilizing Google Workspace
• Providing support during on-campus events
• Handling common tickets such as wifi connectivity issues, minor hardware repairs, and troubleshooting project issues
• Assisting in the refresh of MacBook devices
• Participating in MDM training and implementation
• Carrying out light hardware repairs
• Moving and handling equipment such as boxes, projectors, and laptops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Android Development
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Citrix Technologies
• Familiarity with Mac Computers and iMac
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware issues
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven track record in software and hardware Deployments
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Audio Visual technology
• Proficiency in Mac OS
